Feeling like you again after having a baby
A make-over photoshoot can be a lovely way to take time for yourself after becoming a mum. Here's what it's like, and when to book.
The months after having a baby are full of love, and also full of change. Somewhere between feeds and school runs, it's easy to lose a little of yourself. A make-over photoshoot is a few hours set aside just for you: to be pampered, to be looked after, and to see yourself again.
An afternoon that's all about you
You'll start with a glass of champagne (or a coffee or tea) while our professional hair and make-up artists get you ready. Then your photographer talks through the look you'd love and guides every pose, so there's nothing to worry about. Straight after, you'll see all your images and choose your favourites.
Every body is welcome
You don't need to "get back" to anything before you book. Our photographers work with every body, every age and every shape, and they know how to light and pose you so you love what you see. Many mums tell us they arrived nervous and left feeling more confident than they have in a long time.
When to book
Whenever you feel ready. Some mums book a few months after their baby arrives, others when their children are older. Tell us when you enquire and we'll find a time that suits.
Bring the family too
Would you like some photos with your little one or the whole family as well? We also do family photography: just ask when you book.
What it costs
Your photoshoot experience is $395: champagne, hair and make-up, your shoot, and seeing all your images the same day. Allow 3–4 hours. Most people spend between $800 and $2,000 on their images, and some choose to pay over time. See pricing.
